September Hike! Yes, we did!

We found some time to go for a hike yesterday! Yay! Rob stayed home doing some chores, while Danielle and Eliza went to nearby Hillsborough to hike at Occoneechee Mountain. The weather was beautiful - a perfect 84 degrees at 2pm. Here's a trail map of the State Park. We hiked from the main parking area on the Occoneechee Mountain Loop Trail to the Overlook Trail, and then back down the Summit Trail to the parking area. Here's a handful of pictures Danielle took during the hike: This hike has some strenuous parts. But the view at the Overlook area is so worth it! I'm glad we were able to do a hike at least once in September!
